Our commercial kitchen has a walk-in fridge and freezer, 4 burners, 2 flat grill surfaces, 4 convection ovens, 4 steam table bays, plentiful countertops, 2 pass-through windows, a sanitizing dishwasher, and 3-compartment sink. To use the kitchen, you must have at least one person-in-charge with a current Washington State food worker card. You must also obtain a temporary food establishment permit from Lewis County. Kitchen Rental Fee:

  • $50 per night
