Our full-sized industrial kitchen is designed to cook for a full house. We have a large walk in fridge and freezer, food storage area, 4 burners, 2 flat grill surfaces, 4 convection ovens, 4 steam table bays, plentiful countertops, 2 pass through windows, a sanitizing dishwasher and a no-food debris 3 part compartment sink. In order to operate the kitchen you must have at least one person with a current food-handler’s permit and have completed your temporary operating permit (as part of our contract).
For groups not using our food service, at least one person with a current food-handler’s permit must supervise kitchen and food handling when in use. Additional operating permit may be required by Lewis County and must be given to Pleasant Valley to post before arrival. Each group is responsible to secure this permit. Kitchen Rental Fees:
$150 per weekend (up to 3 days)
$300 per week (up to 5 days)
$75 each additional day
